Working with The Talent Team
Paid by direct deposit
Payouts run through Stripe to your bank. Each pay run brings every approved shift and extra as one deposit, with a line-by-line statement. Prefer a paper check? You can choose that instead.
Train for more positions
Some positions need a training first. Take it in the app when you sign up or after you're placed, and it stays on your profile for every event after.
Travel to events
Some events include travel. When one does, ask for a hotel or a flight in the app, then find your flights, hotel, roommates and schedule in one place.
Who we are
The Talent Team LLC recruits, schedules and pays the people who run Jiu Jitsu World League tournaments: referees, scorekeepers, mat coordinators, check-in and bracket staff, production crews and medical teams. Staff use this app to pick events, get assigned, confirm shifts, clock in and get paid.
